LEEF was involved in the preparation of the Feasibility Study, developed the economic model, analyzed the feasibility of partnerships and cooperation with local or regional self-governments and private entities, and prepared applications for subsidy calls.

⚪︎ Economic model and feasibility specifications, linked to Basic Design (Siemens).
⚪︎ Identification of financing options and conditions for obtaining subsidies.
⚪︎ Complete preparation of documentation for the EU Innovation Fund: business plan including detailed financial projection, calculation of emission savings, financing structure, partnership structure, etc.
The project in the Innovation Fund was successful, and the contract was signed in June 2023.
